Sifu Gary Tong will introduce you to natural ways of “Chi” (Qi) cultivation practice for sustaining good health and longevity. 

 

This practice will teach you the essential principles of “Chi” and the Mind/Body connection required for cultivating smooth “Chi” flow. You will learn exercises for strengthening the body 3 Dantiens (energy centers) for "Strength", "Compassion" and "Wisdom".  You will also learn basic acupressure points and meridian pathways for Chi flow.

 

This is a very Meditative practice that will not only increase smooth "Chi" flow within the body, but also bring peace and calmness to your mind and spirit.
